About the role:
We are currently looking for a Senior SAP Business Application Analyst to ensure the effective operation of the existing SAP ERP business applications and act as the central point of excellence in support of the development of SAP and the associated business processes in line with business needs. The job holder will also have the opportunity to work as part of the S4 HANA Global rollout project.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for specific modules within SAP R3, diagnosing and resolving issues and coordinating with external support when necessary.
- Communicate proactively with team members to ensure smooth management of changes to SAP applications and related processes across different business areas.
- Follow established project and change management protocols.
- Take a leading or supportive role in project activities related to enhancing business applications and processes, ensuring delivery of defined benefits within budget.
- Opportunity to participate in the Business Process Council for the S4 HANA global rollout project, acting as the Stream Solution Architect, designing, and implementing best practices, reviewing new business needs, and assessing new technologies.
- Experience of SAP R3 ECC or S4 HANA is essential
- Substantial business experience, including SAP Business Analysis and configuration, project management, and implementation. Ability to analyse business requirements.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Effective change management and communication skills.
- Experience in international manufacturing or supply chain environments is desirable.
- Intercultural competence and willingness to work at various business locations across EMEA
- Fluent English
