Unit description
Business Guidance provides advice for strategic, operational and financial planning and forecasting. We monitor, analyse and improve performance. Business Guidance safeguards TenneT's financial health by ensuring transparency, setting (financial) targets and reporting on the achievement of those targets.The Financial Control department named ‘Business Guidance' supports TenneT leaders with decision making by providing advice for strategic, operational and financial planning and forecasting. A specific program is launched to make high quality, trusted data assets available to enable Business Guidance to steer with a set of data, tools, analytics and processes. The program is driven by a Data, Analytics and Process Excellence (DAP) team, promoting a data-driven culture, accelerate digital transformation and establish mechanisms for continuous improvement and innovation.
For the DAP team, we are looking for a Senior Functional Business Analyst SAP CO (m/f/d) and that might be you?
Frame conditions

- The weekly working time is 37 hours

- Serve as the Business Guidance stakeholder for SAP CO within TenneT's IT organization and its suppliers
- Support business improvement initiatives
- Assist end-users with SAP inquiries, issues, and training
- Guide the IT department in resolving SAP incidents and manage authorizations
- Maintain and safeguard SAP master data setup and interfaces to other systems
- Supervise SAP usage for data quality, maintain documentation, and facilitate change processes, including requirements, testing, documentation updates, communication, and training. Additionally, advise on future SAP developments, project reporting, and collaborate with Senior Key Users in Business Guidance across locations
- You have a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Controlling or Technology Management or similar
- You have proven knowledge and experience with SAP FICO. Knowledge in SAP CO, BW/4HANA, and SAP's reporting solutions would be a plus
- You have experience as Key User or IT Consultant for SAP FICO, or you have experience as a Business or Project Controller, working with SAP, with an ambition and drive to grow towards a Key User role
- You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured way, and enjoy solving complicated issues
- You want to take responsibility over your domain in SAP, and are proactive to keep your domain running
- You are result-oriented with a critical mindset towards processes, and quality; experience or interest in the energy industry is beneficial. Fluent in German and proficient in English at a business level.
