For our team in Neu-Isenburg (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for:

Orginized AFH Customers Lead (m/f/d)

Job Purpose
• Responsible for existing international QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Customers in Germany owning commercial agenda, P&L and growth roadmap 2026
• Build further growth potentials with existing customers (portfolio / activation)
• Attract new international QSR customers thru strong customer engagement, wiring plans and RFP participation.
• Be the Point of contact for our Bottler's Key Account team and align the commercial agenda, including bidding for new and managing existing, key customers to PepsiCo standards
• Hunt for new organized customers in the total German AFH (Away From Home) space.


Main functional responsibilities:
• Full commercial and P&L responsibility of current QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) customers in Germany (Vol, Budget, NR, MC)
• Drive commercial growth agenda in alignment with our bottling partner manager for organized customers at a national level
• Drive ownership of customer engagement at ALL levels in Germany in order to drive existing partnerships or win new business
• Define engagement strategy and timeline in close collaboration with Sector and AFH Lead
• Lead customers' Joint Business Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Operating Plan
• Lead local tenders or renewals, be the counterpart for international QSR tenders and distribution agreements
• Execute price increases upon year end meetings and contract extensions.
• Develop AOP & PSP for responsible channel QSR and contribute to our bottling partner overall plan
• Grow (no-sugar) volume, optimizing account profitability, grow market share with potential new and existing (international) customers and participate in the AFH growth ambition
• Align and supervise cross-functional execution of brand activation programs (e.g. in-store visibility, product innovations) by working closely with insights and marketing, as well as commercial teams and in line with internal processes
• Responsible for Forecasting to manufacturer Rhodius (BIB - Bag in Box) and secure alignments with key x-functional counterparts as part of is&op cycle (Demand Review)
• Ensure control and standard KPI reporting in line with internal guidelines
• Establish long-term relationship and close collaboration with PepsiCo international counterparts/stakeholders
People Development
• Coach and develop local team and ensure commitment behind customer agenda
• Plan and execute development actions for the members of the team.


Knowledge & Experience
• University degree in Business Administration (or comparable field of study)
• Commercial knowledge of beverage industry/market or any other fast moving consumer goods industry (FMCG) at least 5 years experience
• Knowledge of German Food Service market, ideally with existing network within the Quick Service community
• Analytical skills on advanced level – ability to analyze complex situations and translate into actions
• Ability to work independently with complex projects with input from various number of people/functions
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills as the role requires extensive internal and external interaction
• Great people leadership skills
• English & German speaker (Fluent at negotiation level)
• Structured & Conceptual thinking
• Advanced IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel , Power Point.
