- Lead cross-functional teams in discovery and incubation projects.
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify new technologies and address market challenges.
- Cultivate relationships with innovation partners and lead customers to fuel business growth.
- Collaborate closely with tech, product, marketing, and sales teams to develop new business ventures.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends to drive sustainable growth.
- A Ph.D. in Material Science, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
- MBA preferred, with knowledge of Design Engineering or Design Thinking.
- 10+ years of industry experience with a background in technical/scientific roles.
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas and drive innovation.
- Track record of executing impactful projects and fostering innovation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and seizing new opportunities.
- Strong leadership experience managing large teams (>10).
