IT Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)




  • Take ownership of the overall IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure transparent tracking and reporting of progress for IT projects.
  • Provide support in defining, developing, and specifying portfolio methods and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) necessary for effective process control.
  • Coordinate management committees by preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and assisting in the creation of management documents.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate regular monitoring and reporting of project progress.
  • Drive the continuous improvement and enhancement of project and project portfolio management processes.
  • Manage the operational aspects of the transformation program, including monitoring deadlines, progress, quality, and budgetary considerations.

  • Completed university degree in a relevant field of study such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT project management and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
  • Proficient in presenting results and moderating meetings/workshops.
  • Skilled in cross-departmental coordination and consistent follow-up of agreed measures.
  • Knowledgeable in project management methods like Prince 2, Agile, ITIL, or Lean.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
