Here's what you can look forward to as Chapter Lead Process, Regulations and Supply Chain Quality (m/f/d) at ista As Chapter Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the chapter, focusing on coaching and the development of your team members and the recruitment of new chapter members You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the chapter and are responsible for the design and development of the chapter identity Lead a team of professionals to continuously improve and implement efficient processes for the business You continuously monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for optimization In coordination with the Tribe Lead, you will staff the squads and work closely with Product Owners and Tribe Lead to define priorities and focus for the different roles You ensure the team adheres to regulatory and compliance guidelines You exemplify an innovative mindset and act as a technical coach on chapter members You maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders You are responsible for the implementation of the expected team results You actively contribute your expertise in process, regulations and supply chain quality and work in one of the squads up to 50% of your working time What we require of you Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coach-oriented leadership style Several years of experience in the development and implementation of process regulations in a corporate environment With your strong communication skills, you always manage to win others over and inspire them - across all hierarchical levels You have a deep understanding of applicable process management regulations and standards and are aware of current trends You have knowledge of relevant technologies, tools and working methods, and ideally, have experience in an agile work environment You have a high willingness to learn and change You have strong analytical skills as well as a pragmatic and action-oriented way of working You are business fluent in English and German You have leadership experience and you are strongly team-oriented You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills What we offer you Experience strong commitment: Join an agile transformation actively promoted by our CEO Do the right thing with purpose: Our services save CO₂ and protect the environment - we work for a sustainable world of tomorrow!
