As a PreMaster in the Manufacturing technology department:
- You will work on actual projects and topics to gain a first-hand insight on operations in a semiconductor fabless company
- You will have the opportunity to independently work on topics, with consultation and guidance from our diverse team of experts
- You will ensure that our suppliers meet our technical quality, cost, and delivery requirements at all stages of the product life cycle
- You will evaluate manufacturing concepts in early development phase with special focus on design for manufacturability and suitability for high volume manufacturing
- You coordinate cross-functional teams in an international environment and act as an interface between our external suppliers and internal functions
- You communicate requirements and results effectively across all hierarchies internally, with external suppliers, and customers
- You are self-driven and have a structured approach while executing tasks. You have a creative mindset and generate solutions by thinking out of the box. You are always eager to explore new ideas and sell them effectively.
- Personality: Communicative, assertive, creative, enthusiasm for new topics, willingness to travel
- Working style: Structured and analytical independent work style, high sense of responsibility, enjoys intercultural project work
- Experience and Know-How: Strong in engineering fundamentals, analytical thinking. Previous experience (internship, HiWi etc.,) in semiconductor/MEMS advantageous
- Languages: Very good command of written and spoken English
- Education: Bachelors in engineering, e.g., materials science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, manufacturing engineering or comparable field of study
