As a Recruitment Lead, you are responsible for high volume recruitment (>400 hires per week) of warehouse workers & delivery drivers in one of the three areas in Germany (North, Centre, South). You and your team strive to reach the hiring targets, align operational topics with stakeholders from our Fulfilment Centers & Hubs and remove blockers in the process. As a team lead, you create a positive atmosphere and are responsible for coaching 15 recruiters. You work on recruitment projects to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like time to hire, applicant to hire conversion & applicant experience.
- Manage day-to-day high volume operations
- Lead a team of ~15 recruiters
- End responsible for reaching weekly hiring targets with your team
- Ensure a fast and smooth process with a great candidate experience
- Work on projects to improve main KPIs as efficiency and lower costs
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in HRM, Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality, or similar field
- 3-6 years of work experience in operational field, and first leadership experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Analytical skills to define key issues and improve processes
- Strong communicator to manage your stakeholders in Operations
- Positive and energetic personality who is not afraid to make decisions
