You will report to the regional director You will constantly strive to improve standards, set goals and implement innovations that will improve quality, efficiency, guest- and employee satisfaction In your position you will be very hands on and visible in the hotel operation with a strong focus on guest relations making sure all staff are acting as true hosts YOUR SKILLS Bachelor in business administration or similar Minimum 5 years 8217; experience in management position in the international hotel industry preferably in resorts. Strong guest relations skills and eye for detail Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills Strong focus on quality and standards of performance Strong focus on training, talent management and career development Fluent in French and English, German of advantage Your workplace is at the Maritim Resort amp; Spa Mauritius.
