Corporate Security & BCM Manager (d/m/f) Location: Your Duties Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and business continuity plans (BCPs) for all critical business functions and operations worldwide Conduct regular risk assessments, business impact analyses and security audits to identify potential threats & vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies Collaborate with regional teams to tailor BCPs to local requirements while ensuring alignment with global standards and objectives Lead the development and execution of business continuity exercises and simulations to test the effectiveness of BCPs and identify areas for improvement Provide guidance and support to regional teams during crisis situations and facilitate timely response and recovery efforts Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of BCM efforts and report on the status of global resilience to senior management Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry trends in BCM to continuously enhance our global BCM program and ensure readiness for future challenges Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate BCM requirements into new projects and initiatives on a global scale 30 days vacation entitlement Attractive salary Flexible working hours Training opportunities & structured onboarding and development planning Opportunity for coaching, mentoring and networking Flexible home office arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, business continuity management, or a related field.
