As a Project Manager in Digitalization & BI (f/m/d), you will support the efficient implementation of improvement initiatives. Your task will be to manage, coach, and support employees in the specialist departments and communicate across all hierarchical levels as part of your initiatives.
- You are responsible for analyzing, identifying, and implementing efficiency, automation, and innovation potential within the process landscape, including the illustration of the corresponding added value
- You further develop our central management reporting system with business intelligence tools, data warehouse, and ERP systems
- Creating concepts for integrated IT solutions, including business aspects is part of your tasks
- You lead process and organizational transformations using change management methods and present the results achieved to management
- Personality: Team player, strong communication- and presentation skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm
- Way of work: Analytical thinking, structured working methods, organization skill, experience with agile working techniques
- Experience & Know-How: At least 4 years of professional experience in practical process consulting for the optimization of business processes and integrated IT solutions as well as project management experience
- Qualification: Application-related knowledge in the areas of business process improvement (End2End), in particular data visualization and analysis; profound knowledge of analytics and business intelligence based on common SAP tools, especially SDS/SAC and SAP ERP
- Language: Business fluent English
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business informatics, or informatics studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma), a related field or comparable qualification
