Your To Do's:
- Understand the trends of target segments and targeted competitors by analysing market data, norms and customer habits
- Be the voice of the customer by revealing customers' needs, pains and willingness to pay
- Define the Unique Value Proposition of the future product line and the business models to achieve our goals
- Responsible for the Marketing Business Plan and the New Offer Business Plan
- Define the marketing specification of the new offering in an Agile process
- Manage the specification's changes and renouncements

Your Profile:
- A degree (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) in electrical engineering, automation technology or a related field
- An additional degree in Marketing will be a plus
- At least three years of experience in a marketing position
- Mandatory extensive knowledge and experience in the field of industrial safety
- Strong team player, ability to work successfully with multicultural teams in an international and multi-sites environment
- Willingness to travel internationally (maximum 20%)
- Fluency in English, German and French language skills are advantageous
