  • Contribute to strategic cross-ZEISS digital transformation programs that determine the success of our digital ecosystems

  • Lead selected modules of cross-functional projects in an agile, iterative and impact-oriented manner

  • Identify and implement measures for ZEISS to deliver scalable digital solutions with a superior customer experience

  • Collaborate with the ZEISS business units as well as our Design, Data Analytics and Cloud Engineering colleagues at ZEISS Digital Partners

  • Engage with diverse stakeholder groups across the ZEISS group


  • Excellent University degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business

  • Early professional experience (1-3 years preferably) in management consulting, IT consulting or in digital transformation projects in a B2B industry

  • Sound understanding of the digital economy and tools for digital, paired with a passion for ZEISS' products and markets

  • High drive to impact

  • Strong communication skills and the empathy to easily communicate with people from diverse backgrounds

  • Business fluent German and English language skills
