At Zeiss Digital Partners (ZDP), we have a clear goal: Enabling and accelerating the digital transformation of ZEISS @speed and @scale. We are developing digital solutions jointly with the ZEISS business units and accelerating innovation that delivers a future value for our customers and our company.
Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a cross-functional team building digital solutions and business models as well as driving strategic digital programs. We apply customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen.
Join us as a Project Manager as part of a ZEISS-wide board-sponsored strategic program to shape the digital transformation at ZEISS.
Your role

Lead strategic cross-ZEISS digital transformation projects that determine the success of our digital ecosystems

Identify, structure, and implement measures for ZEISS to deliver scalable digital solutions with a superior customer experience

Manage cross-functional project teams in an agile set up and collaborate with our Design, Data Analytics and Cloud Engineering colleagues at ZEISS Digital Partners

Partner with ZEISS Business units or central functions (e.g., Sales, Service or Digital Solution Operation Teams) to enable their digital transformation

Manage diverse stakeholder groups across the ZEISS group
- Excellent University degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business
-
3-4 years of experience, preferably in management consulting, IT consulting or in digital transformation projects in a B2B industry

Track record of successfully leading projects using agile methodology

Strong drive to impact

Sound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformation

Strong communication skills and the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds

Business fluent German and English language skills
