- Work independently and with commitment in the area of SAP HCM to understand and implement the requirements of the HR department with a focus on Payroll and Time Management
- Be responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll, time evaluation, incident and problem management, enhancements, and legal changes
- Take charge of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the optimization of processes and systems
- Implement support packages effectively
- Coordinate the use of external resources within your area of responsibility
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im SAP-HCM-Umfeld, um als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Personalabteilung fungieren zu können
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Personaladministration (PA), deutsche Personalabrechnung (PY) einschließlich Schemata und Regeln, Zeitwirtschaft (PT), Bescheinigungen und Organisationsmanagement (OM)
- Idealerweise gute ABAP-Programmierkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Employee/Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS) und Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors sind wünschenswert
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung sowie gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Slovakei: Das monatliche Gehalt befindet sich zwischen 2.200€ bis 2.500€.
