The Senior Manager HR Digitalization and Tools plays a crucial role in transforming and optimizing our Human Resources processes through the strategic implementation of digital tools and technologies. This positionl leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and software solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and enhance overall efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.

Your Challenges

  • Digital Transformation Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the HR function, aligning with organizational objectives and future growth plans.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation, digitization, and the integration of innovative technologies.
  • HR Systems Management:
    • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other digital tools to support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT, managing relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, leveraging feedback from stakeholders and industry best practices.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in HR technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead change management efforts related to the adoption of new digital tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration and user acceptance.
    • Develop training programs and resources to upskill HR staff and end-users on new technologies and systems.
  • Compliance and Data Security:
    • Ensure HR systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and data privacy standards, such as GDPR or local data protection laws.
    • Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive HR data and mitigate potential risks.

Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in HR technology, digital transformation, or a related role, with a focus on HRIS implementation and management.
  • Expertise:
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
    • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR-related software applications, ideally first experience with SF Payroll or other Cloud-based payroll modells.
    • Experience in change management when implementing and changing processes.
    • Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Ideally experience with both White and Blue Collar workers as users of HR systems
  • Language Skills: Very good English skills, ideally first German skills
  • Personality:
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights to drive business decisions.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Can-Do attitude and willingness to drive continuous improvement
