- Manage national and international customer orders and accounts
- Act as the interface between customers and the company
- Coordinate the services, pick-ups and exports with transport service providers
- Receive and ship goods in compliance with quality and safety standards
- Use ERP and CRM systems
- Support general office administration and organization
- Collaborating closely with Medix Biochemica HQ in Finland and other sites around the world
- Experience in customer service and order management or equivalent tasks
- Knowledge of packaging, shipping, and cargo practices
- Strong IT and system skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in German and English
