Product Manager (all genders) - EV
- Contribute to the EV charging product vision andstrategy for Edenred's European Fleet Managerplatform, covering road, home, and workplacecharging use cases
- Design and execute the EV squad's product roadmap, owning the full lifecycle from ideation torelease while ensuring business goal alignment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and otherEdenred operating companies across Europe,consolidating technical integration with 3rd-partysystems to scale EV solutions
- Conduct EV-specific market and user research,prioritize feature development, and ensure productsmeet customer needs effectively
- Monitor product performance via data analysis anduser feedback, communicate milestones company- wide, and maintain high-quality delivery standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Adminis- tration, Industrial Engineering, or InformationTechnology with proven product managementexperience in innovative, tech-driven environmentswith complex product ownership
- Advanced experience in Electric Vehicle chargingsolutions
- Strong proficiency in agile product management,product strategy, user research, prioritization, andkey product tools (e.g., Atlassian, Figma)
- Proven ability to manage products end-to-end, withstrong discovery, design, and backend/API integration expertise
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadershipskills, working effectively with diverse stakeholdersand fostering a positive, hands-on approach
- Data-driven mindset, agile way of working, readinessfor Transformation
- Fluent in English, with German or another Europeanlanguage considered a strong advantage
