Marketing Innovation Manager (all genders)


  • Development and implementation of market launch strategies for Edenred‘s EV products to achieve a strong positioning in the mobility ecosystem
  • Use of generative AI tools for faster campaign creation, personalisation and content optimisation
  • Supporting sales and customer service with playbooks, customer reports and AI-assisted lead prioritisation
  • Creating impactful content on the topic of electric vehicles (articles, videos, thought leadership)
  • Analysing competitors and market trends in the EV sector and deriving actionable recommendations

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, economics or similar, as well as at least 3 years of experience in product or digital marketing, ideally in mobility, energy or technology
  • Very good knowledge of the EV market and its acceptance barriers, as well as practical experience or interest in AI-supported marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data management and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong team player, proactive, adaptable and strong communication and project management skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
