We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Director Global Customer Experience (m/f/d) for our global team.
This position is available for applicants from other market locations such as New Zealand, USA and core European countries.

- Lead and develop a global team of Marketing and Communication Managers across GEA Farm Technologies markets
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches aligned with divisional and country strategies
- Drive implementation of customer-centric marketing and communication initiatives to enhance overall customer experience
- Ensure alignment and collaboration between divisional marketing, regional teams, and internal/external stakeholders, including over 1,000 dealerships
- Monitor marketing performance through central KPIs to measure efficiency, impact, and ROI
- Promote a consistent global brand image while adapting strategies to local cultures and customer expectations
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture across geographies and time zones
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
- Several years of relevant experience in global marketing and communication, preferably in B2C and agriculture/dairy sectors
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience with a global mindset
- Expertise in Customer Experience Management and strategic marketing across EU and non-EU markets
- Strong knowledge of project management, digital marketing, PR, and events
- High affinity for new technologies and innovation in marketing and sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and high service orientation
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent English skills; additional languages (e.g., German, Chinese, Spanish) are a plus
- Readiness for worldwide travel
