Für den Ausbau unseres Asset Management Teams suchen wir ab dem 15.01.2026 für mindestens 5 Monate eine/n
Intern Real Estate - Asset Management (w/m/d)
in Frankfurt am Main.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objektstrategien
- Erstellung un d Überwachung von Budgets (Capex, Opex, etc.)
- Cash-Flow Analysen
- Markt- und Mieterresearch
- Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsgremien
- Interne und externe Berichterstattung (Auswertung Mietlaufzeiten, Zahlungsrückstände, Mieteinnahmen etc.)
- Sowie Übernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben
- Kaufmännisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder allgemeines kaufmännisches Studium mit Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft
- MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Teamplayer und Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit
