To expand our Asset Management team, we are seeking an experienced

Asset Manager - Real Estate m/w/d

to join us in Frankfurt am Main.


  • Collecting and analysing all information related to real estate assets. These include: technical, legal, tax and commercial data
  • Working with the relevant departments on all relevant Data and (valuation) assumptions of the asset(s), in order to identify, propose and set-up the best asset management strategy of the properties for investors. Optimising the financial performance related to client objectives and arbitration are always the focus of the strategy development
  • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the strategy. In general this includes the strategic and operational management of all measures affecting risk and return at the properties' level in regards to the entire lifecycle of the properties. This includes activities such as definition of property strategy, supporting and attendance of acquisitions and sales activities, business planning and budgeting, tracking of commitments and expenses related to asset management, cash flow monitoring, reporting, research, data management, risk management and compliance, tendering and monitoring of services, building and tenancy supervision, claim and litigation management, construction and refurbishment management, letting management, property valuation, implementation of marketing activities etc. This also requires traveling to the properties and meetings for negotiations
  • Ensure Asset Liquidity including administrative and legal records are kept up to date
  • Performing other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

  • Degree in Business Economics with a Real Estate focus and ideally with surveying qualification (e.g. RICS) or relevant experience in the industry with a proven track record
  • A proven track record of driving performance of specific asset classes (e.g. office, retail, industrial) with knowledge of these and other assets
  • Proven previous experience working for an investment manager / property company / letting or investment agent / professional advisory firm
  • Extensive experience in the prepar ation and sale of properties
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a portfolio of assets and maximise investor returns through sound and innovative asset management.
  • Thorough understanding of all relevant real estate legislation including land, valuation, planning and environmental
  • Good understanding of financial techniques related to real estate investments
  • Expert knowledge of local property market and leases
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Accomplished management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently on his own as well as in a team in an international environment
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
  • Verbal and written communications and presentation skills as well as good negotiating skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and driven by results
