International Management Assistant (f/m/d)
Permanent position, full-time, location Berlin
In your new role, you will support the upper management of an industry-leading international IT company. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Communication and correspondence with our international offices and partners
- Organization, preparation, and documentation of international meetings
- Task planning and coordination for the executive board
- Travel planning and organization
You are committed, reliable, and able to work independently, with excellent multilingual communication skills. The following qualifications and skills complete your profile:
- Completed university degree or qualification in foreign languages
- Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an affinity for digital tools
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and discretion
- Excellent German and English skills as well as very good knowledge of either French and/or Spanish and/or Scandinavian languages (spoken/written)
- A permanent employment contract with performance-based remuneration
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in an international setting
- Modern, open-plan office environment
