Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Assistant to the S/4 Program Lead (Vice President), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing the Program Leads agenda, including meeting management.

  • Support of the Program Leadership Team by facilitating internal and external meetings, from invitations and agenda preparation to minutes and report generation.

  • Coordinating business travel arrangements, managing expenses and office supplies and general office management

  • Key Contact for all administrative matters for our dedicated Program Team Location

  • Close collaboration with the secretaries of other top management functions


To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A successful completion of business-related studies or professional training in areas such as foreign language/European Secretary, Management Assistant, or commercial vocational training.

  • Several years of proven, relevant experience as an Assistant at the top management level.

  • The ability to work independently, with precision, and dependably while handling ad-hoc tasks with flexibility.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for teamwork, with the ability to meet tight timelines when required.

  • A commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

  • Ideally experience in a technology oriented role (e.g. within IT) or in a PMO function

  • Proficiency in both English and German, both verbally and in writing.

  • Professional proficiency with MS-Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
