Creation, processing, and monitoring of orders, quotations, contracts, and complaints

Support for our international sales partners in countries without a local sales organization

Monitoring delivery times, adherence to deadlines, and shipping processes, as well as handling returns and restocking

Assistance to the field sales team with market reports, customer meetings, and internal meetings, e.g., through basket analyses

Taking over possible substitutions for other clerks or special tasks assigned by the team leader

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the export sector

At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a technical environment

Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Structured, team-oriented, and independent working style

Work in an internationally successful company with innovative products
