We are looking for new team members for a new project in our High-Tech Solution Center in Gärtringen. As Revenue and Administration Specialist, you have a crucial role in our success and our Key Customers' satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct billing.
How you create impact
- Working with an international team internal such as external
- Domestic and International Freight invoicing / AIR and SEA to Global Customers
- Ensures compliance to rate tariff and customer billing profile
- Ensure timely billing as per KPI's
- Assists with audit in advance of final invoicing
- Controlling of internal billing (Export Main Office / Import Main Office)
- Preparing freight calculations
- Support other Kuehne+Nagel branches on billing matters
- Close contact with High Tech Solution Center commercial team regarding freight Tariffs/Spots
- Financial / Liability Reports
- 1-2 years of experience on similar position are advance
- Detail-minded and accurate with numbers
- Very good knowledge of English
- Able to read quotations
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
