Job Description

Four FM is a rapidly growing company offering premium solutions in facility management — a dynamic business built on entrepreneurship, dedicated employees, and a strong corporate culture.

We are now looking for a Facility Assistant — someone eager to grow in the field of facility management and contribute to a workplace where people can do their best work every day.

Facility Assistant – via Four FM/Wisag

Step into a dynamic, hands-on role at the Berlin office of one of the world's most influential tech and audio companies. You'll be part of a vibrant, creative workplace — supported by Four FM's international team and Wisag's local expertise in delivering first-class Facility and Workplace Management solutions.

In this full-time, on-site role, you'll support the daily operations of the Berlin office, making sure the workplace runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You'll assist the Senior Facility Coordinator and Workplace Experience team with everything from maintenance follow-ups and vendor coordination to supporting internal events and employee requests.

This role is ideal for someone with a “can-do” mindset, who enjoys being the go-to person on site and wants to learn the ins and outs of facility coordination.

Facility & Operations Support

  • Assist in coordinating daily facility operations — maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Support communication and coordination with service providers and contractors leveraging AI as your to go to.
  • Monitor work orders and update maintenance systems.
  • Help track supplies, equipment, and small purchases.
  • Support the Senior Facility Coordinator with administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.

Workplace & Employee Support

  • Be the friendly point of contact for employees' facility or workspace requests.
  • Help maintain a welcoming and functional office environment — from meeting rooms to common areas.
  • Support onboarding ensuring new employees have what they need.
  • Assist in planning and setting up internal events and activities that make the office a vibrant place to work.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with the Senior Facility Coordinator and Workplace Experience teams to learn best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for improvement in how we manage and maintain our office environment.
  • Gain exposure to sustainability initiatives and digital FM systems.

  • 1–2 years of experience in facility coordination, office support, or a similar hands-on role.
  • A practical understanding of office maintenance and workplace operations (or strong motivation to learn).
  • Good communication skills in English and German (spoken and written).
  • A structured, reliable, and positive approach to daily challenges.
  • A valid B-class driver's license is an advantage but not required.

You're proactive, service-minded, and enjoy being hands-on. You like solving problems, supporting others, and ensuring things just work. You're eager to grow your career in facility and workplace management in an international, people-centered environment.

  • Full-time, on-site (no hybrid work) — Monday–Friday.
  • Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement.
  • Berlin, Germany (occasional support for Hamburg or Düsseldorf offices may occur).
