Mechanical Assembly Supervisor (m/f/d)
- You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of international and regional plant projects, including new construction, expansion, and conversions
- You will ensure that everything runs smoothly on site and your top priority is to ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to
- The management and coordination of installation teams, which consist of external installation companies and local personnel, is at the center of your activities
- Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and company standards is one of your key responsibilities
- You will participate in mechanical site meetings and leverage your expertise to solve technical challenges on site
- You have a completed apprenticeship as a mechanic, fitter, welder or technician (m/f/d) as well as relevant practical experience in assembly work
- Solid experience in the assembly and commissioning of production equipment, ideally in an industrial environment, forms a key part of you expertise
- Willingness to travel around the world 90% of the time, enjoy working on varied international projects, and collaborate with different cultures
- Your English skills are good and having additional language skills would be an ideal addition to your profile
- A driving license (class B) gives you the necessary flexibility and mobility
