The Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the most successful automotive companies in the world. Together with Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans.
The Early Collections Department supports Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Spain by managing early-stage delinquencies through direct customer contact and coordination with external agencies. We engage Spanish customers using tailored communication and negotiation strategies, and steer third-party partners to arrange repossessions and vehicle transport. Our team collaborates closely with departments in Spain and Berlin to resolve cases efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Your tasks will include:
- Conduct extensive research both online, via dealerships and through the optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of clients that cannot be reached
- Cooperate and liaise with colleagues of different departments based in Spain on individual matters such as customer complaints, accounting, insurance, repossession, remarketing, etc but also here in Berlin, in regards of Legal Collections
- Maintenance of the archives of common use
- Data analysis and preparation of reporting
The activity can begin from January 2026.
- Studies in Law, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
- Proficiency in Spanish and strong English knowledge
- Experiences with MS-Office
- Teamplayer
