As Manager Market Access you will take on a strategic leadership role at Kintiga - responsible for multiple projects, teams, and client relationships. You will actively contribute to the development of the company and its brand, drive innovation, and ensure the quality and profitability of our project work and meeting client development targets. In addition, you will assume responsibility for internal product areas. As a link between the team and executive management, you will represent the organization externally and foster sustainable growth.

  • Lead multiple projects as product owner and/or strategic advisor, ensuring delivery excellence across quality, scope, and profitability
  • Drive strategic problem-solving across teams and integrate insights into project frameworks
  • Ensure budget compliance, resource allocation, and timeline management across workstreams
  • Represent the company externally thought leadership, client pitches, and conferences
  • Drive agile, cross-functional transformation and define agile workstreams
  • Design and implement business development strategies
  • Manage and coach delivery teams, ensuring performance and wellbeing
  • Shape organizational strategy and contribute to firm-wide transformation
  • Champion Kintiga values and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture

  • Master's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, health economics, or business
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in market access within the German and European pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferable with relevant additional consulting experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the German (AMNOG) and the European market access process
  • High level of analytical and structured thinking, Strong communication skills
  • Proven experience in strategic client leadership, business development and agile working methods and the ability to present complex topics
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and client-focused working style with a strong commitment to quality
  • Solution-oriented team player, with enthusiasm for complex subject matter and high professional, methodological, and social competencies
  • Occasional availability to travel
