Airfreight Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)

- Plan and coordinate shipment routes based on factors like cost, time, and safety.
- Arrange proper packing and oversee delivery to the destination.
- Manage necessary shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with third parties to move goods according to customer needs.
- Manage payment of charges or collect payments on behalf of clients.
- Monitor shipments and provide updates throughout the journey.
- Be available for on-site operations when required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Sensitivity to cultural and religious considerations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience in the operational area focused on airfreight
- Fluent in Chinese, English and German
- Driver's license
