Job Description
Our elevator factory in Neuhausen is not only the only one in Germany that manufactures all components in-house – with around 1,000 employees and a production area of 48,000 square metres, it is also the largest of its kind in Europe. Here, expertise in the engineering and manufacture of lift systems and components is pooled, innovations are developed and tested, and existing components are continuously optimised. We manufacture more than 1,200 elevator systems and over 17,500 drives here every year – with an export quota of 70% to all continents around the world.
  • Full ownership for the success of the Business Line Components – providing elevator components to global TKE entities and external customers. The portfolio includes LiftEquip and high-rise components and aims to combine technical expertise with high customer focus and operational excellence. This means taking proactively responsibility for addressing and solving key challenges.
  • Ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement along the entire value chain – – with a strong focus on delivery performance, quality, Be responsible for operational performance management – including definition, monitoring, and improvement of KPIs, managing escalations and risks
  • Profitability – Drive cost competitiveness of Components from Esslingen by identifying and executing cost optimization measures to ensure long-term profitability of the Business Lines
  • Work closely with Field organizations to meet customer requirements
  • Lead and improve all Components-specific end-to-end processes in close collaboration with Contract Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Field Support, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively shape and represent the Business Line in global program and governance structures
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team in Esslingen, and build a customer-focused and solution-driven culture

  • The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, drives results with confidence, and meets the following key requirements: More than 10 years of experience in the elevator industry
  • Most important: Entrepreneurial thinking, commercial mindset, and the ability to build and drive business
  • Strong customer focus, and the ability to actively guide the team to adopt the same mindset
  • Structured working style with a hands-on, pragmatic approach and strong execution capabilities
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
