The International Psychoanalytic University (IPU) Berlin is looking to hire:
Marketing & Student Recruitment Manager for the Communications Team (m/f/d)
(part-time, 28,875 h/week, initially limited to two years)
The IPU Berlin is a young, non-profit, state-recognized university in Berlin-Moabit that offers German- and English-language study programs with a psychoanalytic focus. Currently, more than 800 students are enrolled in full-time and part-time degree programs. The IPU is a scientific institution with a unique selling point: its psychoanalytically based profile. Much of the teaching staff comes from the field, the university is internationally networked in numerous projects and is a central point of contact for psychoanalytic teaching and research.
- planning and managing marketing campaigns to increase student numbers (online/out of home)
- maintaining and expanding event and trade fair marketing (webinars, information sessions, university fairs)
- strategic email marketing, ideally integrated into a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- budget and resource planning for the team's marketing activities
- support in office management for the team
- degree in marketing/communications, ideally with professional experience in university marketing
- understanding of performance channels (Meta/LinkedIn/Google/TikTok), SEO/SEA, and web analytics
- strong project management skills, structured approach to work, hands-on mentality
- confident in using CMS (e. g., TYPO3), CRM (e. g., ZOHO), and newsletter tools
- high social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration (with faculty, administration, students)
- affinity for science/university topics, sensitive to academic tone and brand
- optional: interest in psychoanalysis, psychotherapy research, and organisational psychology
- small, dynamic teams with freedom and creativity at the forefront
- excellent technical equipment to suit your individual professional requirements
- a long-term perspective. Unlimited extension of the contract is possible after a successful probationary period
