We are seeking a visionary Head of Global Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy and brand communications for innovative food service technology. In this senior role, you'll drive impactful campaigns, inspire an international team, and position RATIONAL as the leader in culinary excellence and technical innovation. We're looking for an experienced B2B marketing executive with strong leadership, digital expertise, and a genuine passion for the culinary world.   • Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs. Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with Sales, Product Management & Development, and local units to ensure consistent messaging. Drive operational excellen through optimized processes and data-driven decisions
  • Brand & Product Communication: Champion RATIONAL's culinary identity while highlighting the technical value of our solutions. Lead product positioning and go-to-market strategies, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all markets
  • Digital & Content Strategy: Drive digital marketing across channels like web, social, CRM, and automation. Lead content strategies that engage culinary and technical audiences, leveraging AI for personalization and performance optimization
  • Market Intelligence & Research: Lead market segmentation, customer insights, and competitive analysis to ensure informed strategic decisions. Translate data into actionable marketing plans and product development feedback
    Team Development & Budget Management: Build and mentor a high-performing global marketing team with clear KPIs and development plans. Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and vendor contracts together with Strategic Procurement

  • Proven international experience of international B2B marketing experience in senior roles, ideally in food service or technical products
  • Strong understanding of culinary trends and technical product marketing
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and global marketing initiatives
  • Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, product communications, and market research
  • A team player with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
