Manage finance controlling processes for the Central Functions, ensuring alignment with the group financial guidelines and policies

Regularly monitor and analyse financial and business KPIs, variances and underlying drivers, to provide timely and actionable insights

Coordinate and support financial planning process across various teams and entities, driving clarity and robustness of the planning assumptions and facilitating collaboration and alignment

Actively contribute to enhance reporting and analysis processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Support cross-departmental projects, fostering a collaborative work environment across the organization

Collaborate with the leaders of Central Functions to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment across the business and financial objectives

Prepare comprehensive reports and decision-making documents for senior leaders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial communications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree and/or professional finance and accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CMA) is a plus

Advanced professional experience in financial planning and analysis, finance controlling and/or finance business partnering

Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP, BI systems and data visualization tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high affinity for insightful data visualization, and a results-oriented and proactive mindset

High level of commitment and enthusiasm for working in a diverse international environment

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus
