- Develop Power Platform solutions for the international industrial insurance business (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Foundry, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Develop integrations (e.g., custom connectors, MCP)
- Develop and maintain Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Administration of Azure AI resources
- Guide and support makers in our Citizen Development on technical AI questions
- Close collaboration with other developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts
- Practical experience in developing AI solutions on Microsoft platforms (Microsoft Power Platform / Azure)
- Good understanding of processes and ideally prior knowledge of (industrial) insurance business processes
- Knowledge of C# and TypeScript
- Knowledge of AI governance, cost management, and licensing is an advantage
- High quality awareness, a focus on business value and usability as well as strong organisational skills
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and passion for new technologies combined with a strong interest in personal development
- Openness and courage as well as the willingness to give and receive regular feedback
