The primary responsibility of the Channel and Global Accounts Marketing Manager is to drive business growth across EMEA by enabling Channel Partners and fostering long-term, strategic relationships. This role works closely with Channel Partners, Channel Account Managers, Global Account Managers, and Field Sales to develop and implement multi-channel marketing and sales programs aimed at increasing partner engagement, revenue, and satisfaction.
A key focus will be on building proactive MDF (Market Development Fund) utilization plans and ensuring their effective execution across the region. The Marketing Manager will also provide digital marketing content, tools, and coordinate training initiatives to help channel partners effectively promote products and services—including new launches, promotions, and e-commerce activities.
To be effective, the Marketing Manager must have a deep understanding of Channel Partner needs, organizational structures, and business models within the industrial market to build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead end-user initiatives and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for Global Accounts
- Serve as a key liaison between Segment Marketing Managers, MarCom, Channel Managers, and Global Account Managers by delivering the necessary marketing materials and support to develop impactful initiatives and growth programs
Experience Required:
- High-energy, positive attitude and motivated self-starter
- Results-oriented, creative to find solutions
- Excellent customer-driven quality orientation
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)
- Minimum of five (5) years of business experience in Marketing or Sales role ideally gained in B2B environment. Demonstrated sales ability / persuasiveness
- Ability to communicate and verbalize complex information effectively to Sales & CPs. Listens carefully to customers and seeks to understand CP needs
- Ability to grasp technical product knowledge
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Languages: fluent English and German or French (proficiency)
Any other language is a plus - MS Office management
Experience Preferred:
- Knowledge of products, standards, and regulations of the safety industry
- Excel proficiency
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
- SAP ECC experience
