Business Process Analyst (m/f/d)
This is a 12 month fixed-term role focused on master data management (SAP), supporting supply chain operations across EMEA. It involves driving process and system improvements, collaborating with IT and key users, and engaging with senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
Project support:
- You will be working on a key strategic project. This would include activities such as the following:
- Capture requirements and document processes (as-is and to-be)
- Facilitate process design and requirement workshops, collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and translated into sustainable solutions
- Coordinate UAT by designing test cases, reviewing results, and liaising with IT for bug fixes
- Train key users about new processes and support the creation of training material
- Support the project manager to ensure on-time delivery
Change request:
- Working closely with our key users, IT and other Business Analysts supporting different business areas:
- Review key user change requests and requirements, assessing their cost, benefits, and impact on current processes
- Support assessment of proposed technical solution and its suitability against user requirements
- Coordinate user acceptance testing effort
- Keep track of all the change requests in the supply chain and customer service areas and communicate with key users
- Proven track record as business analyst (m/f/d) or project manager (m/f/d) in supply chain, logistics and customer service area with a strong focus on SAP master data
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP, especially for the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) module
- Product lifecycle knowledge and understanding beneficial
- Strong capabilities in process design and improvement
- Hands-on experience in application testing including development of test scripts and analyzing test results
- Experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies a bonus
- Project management experience is desirable
- Willingness to travel within Europe desirable
