As our Founding Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in converting inbound leads into happy customers, managing long-term partnerships, and expanding account value through strategic growth opportunities.


Your work will directly impact how we acquire and grow customer relationships. Here's what that looks like:

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into customers – no cold calling.
  • Conduct needs analysis, deliver persuasive presentations, and position JOIN as the best choice for recruiting needs.
  • Manage and grow your own customer portfolio as the main point of contact.
  • Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and present suitable solutions.
  • Use CRM tools like Hubspot to manage leads, track opportunities, and forecast revenue.
  • Analyse data and conduct regular strategic conversations to deepen client relationships and ensure their success.

Who you'll work with

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving JOIN's growth goals.


What we're looking for

We don't believe in checklists – but if most of these apply to you, we'd love to chat:

Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, including new business acquisition and account growth (preferably in SaaS or Tech).

Fluent German and confident English skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured working style.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimise sales activities.

Nice-to-have: Experience in HR/recruiting or additional language skills.
