As Sales Operations Excellence Specialist (m/f/d) at Dassault Systèmes Deutschland GmbH, you will bring your analytical expertise to drive business intelligence and operational efficiency for our sales organization. You are not just managing data – you are creating actionable insights and supporting strategic decision-making that directly impacts our business performance across the ECAL region.


  • Business Intelligence & Dashboard Management: You will create, update, and maintain comprehensive dashboards that deliver critical business insights to sales teams, ensuring data-driven decision making across all revenue streams
  • Forecast & Pipeline Management: You will manage overall forecast and pipeline accuracy for all revenue types and dimensions (Industries, Engagement Models, Business Streams, and Brands) for current and rolling quarters
  • Sales Cadence Leadership: You will manage weekly CPE (Customer Portfolio Excellence) cadence with sales teams and create strategic reports for senior management to drive performance optimization
  • Data Quality Assurance: You will ensure the integrity and accuracy of forecast and pipeline data, including renewals, while leveraging KPIs and analytics to challenge assumptions and propose actionable recommendations
  • Partner Operations Support: You will provide operational support for partner activities, including lead assignment management and territory/customer management processes
  • Process Optimization: You will ensure execution and compliance with 3DS macro processes to optimize business performance and operational efficiency
  • Strategic Analysis: You will drive lessons learned sessions at quarter-end and develop recovery plans in collaboration with market development teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field with strong analytical focus
  • Work experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related analytical roles
  • Advanced Excel skills including PowerBI and Macro development – essential for dashboard creation and data management
  • Strong analytical thinking and complex information processing capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse stakeholders from sales teams to senior management
  • Collaborative team player with self-efficiency and strong decision-making abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and finance systems is advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required and German skills are a plus for effective communication across international teams
