We are looking for a dedicated individual who combines technical leadership with hands-on involvement. You have an interest in or initial experience with team coordination, enjoy working on nameplates and process optimization, and are open to international collaboration in a dynamic, process-oriented environment.

Technical leadership and further development of a specialized support team in the field of product labeling in an international environment (Germany/India)
Hands-on involvement in the creation and maintenance of nameplates (approx. 50% of
working time)

Coordination and alignment with internal development departments regarding the selection and placement of product labels, as well as the creation of required country-specific versions
Management of external service providers in the area of product labeling and standard components
Development, optimization, and implementation of processes, systems, and standards
Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements for technical specifications
Planning and monitoring of technical documentation tasks, including lifecycle management
Point of contact for internal projects, change managers, and external partners


With your interest in process optimization and technical product labeling, you are exactly the reinforcement our team needs.

What you need is:


  • At least 3 years of experience in technical project work or product development
  • Openness to change as well as a dynamic, proactive, and agile working style
  • University degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification
  • Confident use of editorial, design, and lifecycle management software
  • Initial knowledge in product labeling or technical documentation is an advantage
  • Experience in process development and implementation, ideally in global, agile environments
  • Conscientious and structured approach with a strong focus on quality
  • Strong communication and networking skills, with enthusiasm for cross-functional and international collaboration
  • Very good command of Englishm, German is a plus
