Ihre Aufgaben:
- Planung, Steuerung und Controlling unserer Outlets: Restaurant, Bar, Konferenzbereich
- Betreuung unserer internationalen Gästeklientel
- Einhaltung und Kontrolle unserer hoteleigenen Standards
- Gastgeberfunktion
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Konzepte und Optimierung der Serviceabläufe
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung
- Personalplanung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung (z.B. in Form interner Schulungen)
- Dienstplan- und Urlaubsplangestaltung
- Inventuren und administrative Tätigkeiten
Sie bringen mit:
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Hotel- oder Restaurantfachausbildung
- Entsprechende Berufserfahrung in der Hotelgastronomie in den Bereichen Service und Konferenz
- Selbständiges, pflicht- und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Teamgeist, Loyalität, Führungsqualitäten und Vorbildfunktion
- Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft, Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit
- Fachkenntnisse, Professionalität und Interesse am BerufAbbrechen
- Gastorientiertes Handeln und Denken
- Betriebsorientiertes und wirtschaftliches Arbeiten
