- 4+ years of success in SaaS sales, consistently exceeding targets
- Experience in complex, consultative sales involving multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC)
- Independent, strategic mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English
