(Senior) Business Process Analyst (m/f/d)


  • Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Impact Assessment: Gather business requirements and conduct thorough analysis. Understand the business goals fully and evaluate the impacts on the operating model and processes
  • Process Design and Modelling: Design processes to ensure they align with business goals, and document them according to the internal process framework. Keep the documentation up to date
  • Process Execution: Manage or support the implementation of designed processes for the corresponding business functions, including automation
  • Process Performance Monitoring: Manage or support the implementation and execution of process performance monitoring and reporting for the corresponding business functions
  • Process Optimization: Analyse process performance to identify bottlenecks or potential areas for improvement and take initiatives for continuous improvements
  • Process Management Guidance and Training: Provide process management guidance, expertise, and training to other analysts and SMEs

  • Educated to Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Several years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in process management with good knowledge of BPM industry standards, methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of system architecture, data modelling, and digital transformation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus
  • Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
