Solnet Group is growing, and we need driven, action-oriented professionals to help us fight climate change! We're on the lookout for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to strengthen our team and accelerate our customers' sustainability journeys.


As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals in the dynamic solar energy industry. You'll work closely with our expert sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored solar solutions that make an impact. If you thrive in complex sales processes, managing RFPs, and negotiating contracts, this role is for you!

Location: Frankfurt (Hybrid work model)

Your Role

  • Drive sales – Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline
  • Build lasting relationships – Maintain and expand partnerships with new and existing B2B clients
  • Master the industry – Stay ahead of market trends and become an expert in solar solutions
  • Collaborate for success – Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Strategize & execute – Participate in research, site visits, and proposal development for large-scale projects
  • Be a brand ambassador – Attend industry events and conferences to expand our presence

  • Hunter mindset with a proven track record in consultative B2B sales, focused on new customer acquisition and driving growth in competitive markets
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in on-site energy solutions (e.g., solar, storage) for real estate, manufacturing, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Existing network in real estate and/or industrial/manufacturing sectors is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding or strong interest in the energy transition, including solar PV, energy storage, and EPC project environments
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills – able to build trust and close deals with senior-level decision-makers
  • Fluent in German (native level) and English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Relevant educational background, such as economics, engineering, or sustainability
  • Independent, proactive, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and a hunger for success
