We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Business Developer to drive our expansion in the utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) sector across Germany and Austria. If you're commercially driven, technically savvy, and passionate about renewable energy, this role is for you.

We specialize in the installation of utility-scale PV systems, delivering turnkey solar solutions for large-scale energy projects throughout Germany and Austria. With a strong engineering foundation and a focus on sustainable growth, we are expanding our client base and seeking a Business Developer who can bring strategic sales expertise to our team.

As Business Developer, you'll be a key player in our growth strategy, responsible for managing the entire business development cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.


  • Client Development & Relationship Management:
    • Identify, approach, and secure new clients and project partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key players in the Photovoltaic sector.
    • Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients such as project developers, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors, and investors.
    • Attend events, conferences, and networking events with the scope of building a valuable network of contacts.
  • Project & Site Evaluation:
    • Assess project proposals, site specifications, and construction conditions in coordination with our engineering and project teams.
  • Offer Preparation & Negotiation:
    • Prepare detailed commercial offers, support the pricing strategy, and lead negotiations with clients through to contract signing.
  • Marketing & Branding:
    • Support in the creation of marketing material and manage compmany`s online presence.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor regulatory changes, competitor activities, and market trends in the DACH region to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage Collaboration:
    • Work closely with technical, legal, and financial teams to ensure proposals are feasible, competitive, and aligned with company goals.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and stakeholders. A strong portfolio of existing industry contacts and client relationships in the renewable energy space is highly valued.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential
  • Previous experience or a degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Ability to identify and target potential clients and generate leads.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of technical project components in photovoltaic construction
  • Skill in negotiating contracts, pricing, timelines, and scope with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to create mutually beneficial agreements
  • Relevant technical knoledge of PV systems and ability to coordinate with our engineering and project teams
