Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the administrative management of personnel and the efficient organization of the company's general services. Guarantee compliance with legal obligations, contribute to the development of human capital.

Human Resources Management:

  • Define all HR strategies and processes in collaboration with the Branch Director.
  • Manage recruitment: write job postings, select candidates, organize interviews, onboard new employees.
  • Ensure administrative management of personnel (working time tracking, contracts, payroll, personnel files, social declarations, meal vouchers, and employee benefits).
  • Manage and monitor HR service providers.
  • Manage annual appraisal Campings.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and applicable collective agreements.
  • Monitor professional training: identify needs, organize training sessions, track training plans.
  • Manage labor relations and internal communication.
  • Responsible for overall HR system management including branch offices in France and the Netherlands, establishing a company culture aligned with headquarters, and managing GDPR compliance
  • Support managers and employees on HR matters (conflicts, absences, career development, mobility).

Education:
Higher education diploma in Human Resources and Labor Law.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.

Know-How:

  • Solid knowledge of labor law and social legislation.
  • Proficient with HR and office management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional level of English.
