Please note: This is an individual contributor role – you will not be managing a team. Instead, we're looking for someone who excels at managing their own time, priorities, and sales pipeline with autonomy and accountability.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Regional Sales Team, dedicated to the DACH region: Sales Manager DACH
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the DACH region
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers (distributors and corporates)
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, deliver product presentations
- Represent the company at client meetings and trade fairs
- Drive sales growth and expand market share
- Collaborate with NPD and marketing to develop customer-centric solutions
- Strengthen the sales pipeline and increase brand visibility in target markets
- Prepare offers, analyses, and reports for management
- Proven track record of B2B field sales experience working with Facilities Managers, Hygiene & Washroom Distributors, Health & Safety Distributors, Flooring and Carpet Distributors, and Commercial End Users
- Proactive, ambitious, and eager to exceed targets
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Strong listening skills and customer understanding
- Deep knowledge of the DACH market, especially Germany
- High resilience, self-motivation, and independence
- Experience with contracts, service agreements, and pricing strategy
- Strong time management, planning, and decision-making skills
- CRM proficiency (e.g., MS Dynamics 365), data analysis and reporting
- Fluent in German (written and spoken), good English
- Innovative mindset and ability to challenge the status quo
- A network of relevant industry contacts in commercial sectors
