Be responsible for and monitor international investment controlling across global sales entities and local production sites

Oversee performance monitoring through key performance indicators and variance analyses

Provide financial support for commercial initiatives, new product introductions and investment cases

Develop and implement new (digital) controlling concepts and frameworks

Prepare decision-making materials and documents for management and stakeholders

Act as the primary contact for HQ Sales & Marketing related topics

Guide the VIS Commercial Controlling workstream in the S/4 HANA implementation project

Lead a team of three controllers and play a key role in shaping the commercial finance function through both strategic guidance and operational excellence

A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; finance qualifications such as ACCA or CPA are a plus
-
Profound professional experience in Finance & Controlling, including several years in a leadership position

Strong expertise in IFRS and Financial Accounting as well as a proven track record in process optimization and system transformation

Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a must in combination with excellent command of MS Office and ideally experience with BI tools

Strong analytical thinking, proactive and result driven mindset complemented by a high level of commitment

Fluency in English (spoken and written)
