About Us

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to focus on Processes, Projects & Digitalization . You will strategically develop and harmonize our HR processes across all sites and contribute to the digital transformation of our HR landscape – including the use of AI-driven approaches.

The position is initially limited to 2 years. A long-term co-operation is aimed at.


  • Analyze, optimize, and harmonize HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, performance management) across all sites
  • Lead and implement HR projects focused on process improvement and digitalization
  • Contribute to the introduction of modern, future-oriented HR solutions – including the use of AI-based methods
  • Collaborate closely with local HR colleagues and leadership to ensure consistent standards
  • Develop and implement best practices and maintain process documentation
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts
  • Monitor and report relevant HR KPIs to support process control

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
  • Experience of working with German works councils
  • Experience working with distributed teams and international locations
  • Interest in digital developments in HR – ideally with initial exposure to AI-supported tools
  • Strong project management skills and a structured working style
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a consultative mindset
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
